Southall Landings Marina Is Located In a Beautiful Private Community
Southall Landings Marina is in a gated community. Please call 757-850-9929 prior to your arrival to get a temporary access code!
There is a modern security gate at the entrance to the community. All boaters receive their own code or device to gain access 24 hours a day.
For added security and safety there are attractive security gates at both dock entrances.
The community is also part of a neighborhood watch program.
The dock master and staff make daily sweeps of the docks.
There are sturdy rails down the entire length of the main pier.
Life rings are at the entrances to all boat piers.
Fire extinguishers are installed at the entrances to all boat piers.
A dry fire system is installed down the entire dock.
